About Litter Spinner Cat Litter Box

For over 25 years, Randy Sharp (Inventor and Founder of The Litter Spinner) has worked in Product Development Depts. for several A-List Manufacturers, as well as for his own companies. In 2010, Randy combined all of that engineering, product design, and manufacturing background to develop the beginning of a new line of Cat Care Products.

A friend of Randy’s heard of his invention and knew it needed to get to the market. Randy and David Baumgardner were introduced at a local Southern California coffee shop. After 3 cups of coffee, plenty of questions and great discussions, a strategy and partnership were formed, which eventually gave birth to Smart Choice Pet Products, Inc. 

Annie Jolie, a California native, was introduced to the Litter Spinner at the early stages of Litter Spinner.  A long time pet owner and frustrated cat litter box cleaner, Annie had vital and needed input about the design, marketing and development of the business.  Annie is now a key player in Smart Choice Pet Products as Director of Operations and deals with key accounts, marketing and strategy. Annie enjoys interacting with the pet owners the most of all.
